There are two ways to get into ERA: by invitation, or by application.
If you've worked with me before, please note that in the application. Include when we worked together and in which container. That helps me understand your journey inside my work.
If you've never worked with me before, that's completely okay. If ERA is speaking to you, there's a good chance this may be a beautiful fit.
Once you submit your application, you'll receive an email confirming that it has been received. Shortly after, my OA will email you to let you know whether or not you've been accepted to the next step.
If you are accepted and have never been in one of my spaces before, you'll be invited to a quick 15-minute connection call with me. This call isn't just for you - it's for both of us. It's simply a moment to connect and make sure ERA is the right container for where you're going. We'll chat about your goals, where you're at, and how ERA can help you get there.
From there, you'll know within 24 hours if you've been accepted. If so, you'll receive your official invitation and link to join ERA.
